By accessing or using Probie ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Probie is an automated developer tool that reads your connected GitHub repositories, proposes code fixes for reported errors, and opens pull requests on your behalf using the Anthropic Claude API.
You must authenticate via GitHub OAuth. You grant Probie read and write access to the repositories you connect. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. To report unauthorized use, contact [email protected].
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit malicious code or content; (c) attempt to circumvent security controls; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission from Probie.
Probie does not claim ownership of your source code. Code changes proposed by the Service remain your intellectual property. The Probie platform, trademarks, and service marks are owned by Probie.
The Service integrates with GitHub (code access and pull requests), the Anthropic Claude API (AI code generation), and AWS SES (email delivery). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated code fixes are correct, secure, or free of defects. You are responsible for reviewing all proposed changes before merging.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Probie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
